Well, we've reached the point where staff is almost necessary and we're happy that it's come to that point because since June 7 we've met a bunch of you that are awesome. What we're looking for are a group of people who can commit to setting up, helping run the tournament and then breaking down. We can set this up into 3 sections.
Setting Up takes place between 430PM-9PM the night before the event. We usually grab some dinner, put on music and just set everything up in the room. Setting up requires of you to take orders and think on your feet, be creative.
Running the tournament takes place during the event. You're welcomed to have lunch for free and what you would do is stand behind the teams after I call matchups and help both 2v2 teams to host a game and find a game, making things go a little smoother. You'll also help out with relaying results to myself, and preventing any advantage discussion. You'd be given a CGL shirt as well.
Breaking down takes place after the event, 630PM and lasts until about 930PM. We usually break it all down, bring it back to our house in Huntersville in 1 load, grab some dinner and just relax.
